This music was made during the summer of 2020 by thirteen Brussels-based musicians during just as many creative hang sessions in Volta. The musicians were invited one at a time with no objective other than to answer in his or her personal way to the music played by the people that came before as well as laying down the foundation for those that came afterwards. Come Hang is therefore a shared train of thought. The result - this record - is a vibrant melting pot of personalities, styles, influences and human oddities.

Come Hang strives to connect musicians across very different genres by creating an alternative way of making music. Its artistic process is a way of thinking out loud about the impact of an idea, the meaning of context, the opportunities and limitations of individual creation and the consequences of sharing. It is a contemplation on artistic empathy, togetherness and what it truly means to meet someone.
